Scientific Spray Finishes, Inc. is a family owned and operated
wet coating and powder coating, spray-painting business. Our location in Orange County has remained the
same since 1964. Our firm finishes, metal, wood and plastic using
powder, polyurethane and water based paints. Our entire process is in
compliance with all rules and regulations set forth by SCAQMD as well as
EPA. Our firm operates in our 20,000 sq. ft. building.
Our equipment consists of three Wet Booths, one of which is used
for Class A Wet Finishes. We also have Conveyor Powder Line and
two Liquid Conveyor Lines. After parts are painted they are
baked in our 8X8X18 foot Batch Oven or in our Conveyor Powder Oven with a opening
of 36"X 48" and is capable of baking parts up to 8 feet long.
All parts, Aluminum, Steel and extra large frames are conveyorized
through our Three-Stage Washer which is environmentally friendly; it
cleans, rinses and phosphates each part. We pride ourselves in our
service and dependability. Our turn around times on stock powder is
usually three working days and for stock wet is usually five working
days.
Our specialty is large quantity wet coatings. However, our service is
offered to small quantities as well. We offer large quantity pick-up and
delivery in the Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino areas,
using our 20 FT. stake bed truck.
